Returns or Exchange
We offer full refunds and exchange up to 30 days after your purchase with original receipt or proof of purchase. Your receipt or proof of purchase must accompany any item shipped back to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange after the 30 days period.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, or missing parts or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted.
Shipping and insurance fees apply to items returned by mail.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Carvings and Prints
We strongly recommend that Carvings and Prints valued at more than $50 should be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items valued at more than $100 must also be insured.
All carvings must be carefully repacked with bubble wrap and all protective packaging. Fragile parts and small pieces must be further bolstered and secured with bubble wrap.
Products must be returned with certificates of authenticity
Any carvings or prints not in original condition, missing parts or otherwise altered after delivery will not be acceptable for refund/exchange
We strongly recommend that you photograph your items for return before shipment.
We do not accept returns or exchange on:
- Personalized art
- Food items
- Opened postcards, personalized or opened note pads
- Newspapers or Magazines
- Gift cards
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Sale items

Return/Exchange of damaged itemsWe offer full refund or exchange for any item customers receive in defective or damaged condition within 30 days from date of purchase with original receipt. For items that are unique, exchange will be based on customer choice of items with the same dollar value. We will cover the return shipment for any item received in defective or damaged condition.
Once your return is received and processed, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. A notification of this transaction will be sent to you by email.
In the event that an item is not acceptable for refund, we will notify you by email within 3 business days of our receiving the item.
Late or missing refunds
If you do not receive your refund after notification, contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If after this you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for shipping and insurance costs for return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service for items valued at over $50 and purchase additional shipping insurance for items over $100. You are responsible for tracking your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
